If you are unsure if our services can help you, please do not hesitate to call us and we will do our best to answer any questions or concerns that you may have.

Getting to the Root of the Problem

The key to a successful rehabilitation program is determining the root cause of your complaint and at Osprey physical therapy we pride ourselves on just that. Your first visit will be spent learning a comprehensive history of your injury or dysfunction. A physical therapist will take you through a comprehensive examination - the goal of which is to determine which tissue(s) are at fault. This will then guide us in creating your custom treatment plan to achieve your desired goals and outcomes with a final emphasis on future injury prevention.

In physical therapy, follow-up is key - whether it is two times or 12.  At Osprey physical therapy, we firmly believe that each patient's road to recovery is different and that people heal at varying rates. While our interventions are individualized, our plans are flexible to ensure maximum patient compliance both in clinic and at home. Recovery doesn't just happen while you're in the clinic and our team will set you up with the resources you need to be independently successful in and outside of our walls.
