Osprey Physical Therapy & Sports Medicine was founded in 2020 by Dr. Carol Roeder, PT, DPT upon returning to Bend. At Osprey PT & Sports Medicine, we focus on delivering the highest quality of patient care in a relaxed and friendly atmosphere. We understand that no two people, or injuries, are the same, which is why we create patient-centered recovery and rehabilitation plans for each individual.

In addition, we offer a unique opportunity for patients to transition to working with a skilled fitness coach upon completion of medically necessary physical therapy. This allows for continued exercise guidance not only during the course of rehabilitation, but beyond and in to the realm of improved physical and sport performance all under one roof. Furthermore, your physical therapist and fitness coach will continue to work as a cohesive team to ensure you achieve maximal functional performance no matter what your goals may be. There is no goal too small or too large for this team of professionals!
